St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Nassau County Executive Tom Suozzi attended the morning mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral and marched in the annual parade up 5th Avenue. Tom lead off the parade with the New York County Cork Association (www.nycorkassociation.org). His mother was born in County Cork's town of Bweeg and Tom recently took a trip to Ireland to discover his roots. After marching with Cork, Tom dropped back and marched with members of the Nassau Police Pipe and Drum band.
